Screw Fine Screen For Industrial Wastewater Treatment ETP Plant
The shaftless screw filter is suitable for many applications, in particular for the micro-
screening of the material and for the filtrations of sludge and floating materials of civil or
industrial wastewater treatment plants. The type FCS consists of one multifunction shaftless
screw and a semi-cylindrical filtering screen in perforated sheet. The screw is controlled by a
sturdy gear motor ensuring the filtering screen cleaning, the lifting, compacting and sacking
of the screened material. The particular geometry of the screw, without the central shaft,
reduces the possibility of obstruction in case of filamentous materials to be screened.
