Automatic Chemical Flocculant Powder Dosing System / Chemical PAM Dosing
(1) Pour the polymer and water into the tank at the same time; the flow of input water, dilute
water and polymer feeding pump are adjustable;any concentrationof the solution (within a
certain range) can be prepared and dosingaccording to the actual requirements.
(2) The high-precision conveying of the polymer dosing device, the delicatedesign of pre-
soaking deviceand the constant temperature heating method can reduce
agglomerationphenomenon caused of improper artificial operationor prevent the line from
clogging, and can ensure the stable concentrationof the solution.
(3) The unique structure and proper rotating speed of the mixer not only can ensure the
homogenization solution, but also can not destroy the polymer molecular chain.
