PAM/PAC Automatic Powder /Liquid Polymer Chemical Dosing System
Structure And Working Principles
(1) Feed enough dry polymerinto the hopper, the dry polymer will be transported into the pre-
soaking device by polymer dosing device, open the solenoidvalve of water inlet pipe, the dry
polymer becomes wet in the pre-soaking device, and then the wet polymer drops into the
mixingtank by gravity.
(2) The pre-mixed solution flows into the homogeneous slaking tank through the overflow weir,
then the solution will be stirredand compound again in the homogeneous slaking tank. The
solution will reach the state of homogeneous, curing and active after low-speedsoft effective
stirring for a certain time. Then the solutionflows into the solution storage tank through the
overflow weir,here, the polymer solution has been prepared.
(3) When the solutionstorage tank is full, the liquidlevel switch gives signals and the polymer is
ready, and the indicator for “Ready” is on.
(4) The polymer feeding pump starts, and the solenoid valve for dilution water opens, the
solution with constant concentration will be dilutedto the required concentration accordingto
the actual usage, and then the solution can be poured into the required equipment.
(5) The liquidlevel in the solution storagetank reaches the set low level,the liquid level switch
gives signals, this device can repeat the above step 1, 2 and 3 automatically, and ensure that
the solution storage tank has plentyof polymer solution.
