Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser
Size
Our fine bubble disc diffuser sizes are 9 inches and 12 inches. These sizes allow you to
choose which fits your project and even your budget.
Membrane Material
We also have three membrane material that you can select. There is the ethylene propylene
diene monomer rubber (EPDM rubber), or you can also have a EPDM, or the patented
polytetrafluoroethylene or (PTFE).
Each of these has different characteristics making the product more efficient and valuable.

Active Diameter
The disc diffuser comes in an active diameter of about 184 mm and 295 mm. With this
diameter size, this product is apparently more effective than its conventional counterparts.
The perforated pipe aerators are relatively minimized. Additionally, energy consumption is
also greatly reduced. With varying diameter sizes, it can easily adapt to various air flows, as
well.
Standard Membrane Materials
We provide disc diffusers that are specially designed for a plethora of applications. The
EPDM technology specifically provides reliable solution for municipal waste water.
The special low plasticizer EPDM is aimed at beverage production, and food and animal
processing. The silicone membrane diffuser is specifically created for refining processes,
petrochemicals, and the paper industry.
