Simple Device Automatic Chemical Flocculant Machine Dosing System
Introduction
We can accustom the size of the device to the customer’s request in accordance with the
required capacity of the unit. The unit is suitable for continuous operation.
Dosing screw conveyor is driven by electromotor with a gear unit. The rate size of powdered
flocculant is controlled by timing control of the screw operation.
The unit together with the flocculant dosing pump can be delivered in required suitable kind of
material according to the customer’s requests.
Main Features of Automatic chemical dosing system for water treatment
coagulants
♦ Continuously working with 3-tank integration design (mixing tank, aging tank, storage tank),
easy to operate and maintain, low total cost of ownership (HYJY 3 Only)
♦ HYJY1 can be extended as a more automatic 2 storage tank type in accordance with the
actual needs
♦ With powdered or liquid state (optional) dual feed design to meet different needs.
Proportional allocation function makes it possible to prepare liquid concentration by
requirements
♦ With uniform and moderate concentration to reduce the agglomeration causing by the
improper manual allocation. Blocking of pipe or pump, unnecessary maintenance costs and
powder expenses could be well avoided
